How Long Will My Boards Last?

With proper care, your boards should last 10+ years.

How Do I Take Care of My Boards?

To prevent scratches or damages otherwise keep it covered by purchasing our carrying cases or cornhole covers. We cover the surface of our boards with several layers of polycrylic to help protect them for years of outdoor fun. They still should not be left outside in the rain for long periods of time. We recommend bringing them under cover when they aren't being used.

Temperature changes can cause wood to expand and contract which over time could impact the look or strength of the product. For storage purposes, we recommend that you store it so it is below 85 degrees.

Changes in the relative humidity – especially sudden changes – are the biggest concern for wood. A temperature controlled environment is best suited for storage of the cornhole boards. Experts suggest that the ideal range of temperature for wood storage is 70 to 72 degrees with humidity levels kept within a range between 40 and 60 percent. If exposed to relative humidity in excess of 70%, the wood and finishes can peel or bubble when the humidity level drops suddenly and the piece contracts. The effects humidity has on our boards are warping, cracking, bubbling, and peeling.

Keep boards covered when not in use to prevent scratches or damage. While our boards are sealed and have a protective coat of polyurethane, they still should not be left outside in the rain for long periods of time. We recommend bringing them under cover when they aren't being used.

Shipping

When Will My Boards Ship?

We do our best to ship as quickly as possible after the order is placed.  This does depend on how backed up we are or our supplier is. While we cannot guarantee a shipping date most orders will be ready to ship within 3 weeks. We will notify you via email if there are any extended delays.

Can I get my cornhole order rush shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot rush ship orders.

Returns

After 5 days, all sales are final.

Orders/Items can be returned for exchanges only within 5 days after purchase is received. If an exchange is made, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping of the original product and shipping charges for the new product.

Damaged Packages

Occasionally packages are damaged in transit and must be replaced. We must be notified of a damaged package within 5 business days of receiving the package. We will handle the pickup of the damaged package and ship a replacement product.
